Bear’s is always open to collaborations and partnerships with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. We currently have a model that we generally follow with all for-profit businesses. While there are some exceptions, please see below for more information or send us an inquiry to our email to ask any follow up questions.

For-Profit Businesses

Want to connect with local families in the Worcester area? Bear’s is a great way to promote your business while also helping families that attend our programs. Bear’s Play Space is a 5013c in the state of Massachusetts. We aim to price our classes for as little as possible in order to cover cost of materials and staffing. The first model that your business could participate in is a donation based play opportunity.

Cost: $100-$200 donation for 1-2 hour sponsorship to help cover the cost of materials and staffing.

The for-profit business will be allowed on-site to pass out flyers, speak with families about their services, and leave behind their business cards or information. This also allows for families to enjoy time with their children in our space while engaging in an educational class. This event will be FREE for families and your business logo will be attached to our flyer and added on as a collaborator for our social media. Please note that we require a conversation with the owner or manager and reserve the right to deny any requests made, we are always thinking of what is best for our families and children who attend our classes. We focus on businesses that align with both our mission and values.

2nd Option: Donate a product or service to one of our upcoming raffles

We often run raffle events throughout the year in order to help supplement our overhead costs. Your businesses logo will be included in our social media posts and our newsletter. This is a great way to get eyes on your business and connect with local families!

Non-Profit Businesses
